Jolene is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and UMass Amherst alumni with extensive experience working with adults and adolescents. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with mindfulness and compassion.

She specializes in helping clients navigate life transitions, manage anxiety and depression, improve relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies. Jolene creates a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported on their journey toward healing and growth.

Master's Level Clinician

Haley is a Master's level clinician and a graduate of American International College. She brings a compassionate and client-centered approach to her therapeutic practice.

Her treatment areas include depression, anxiety, relationships, and ADHD. Haley works collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

With her warm demeanor and attentive presence, Haley creates a safe environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, build resilience, and foster meaningful change in their lives.

As a new therapist, Kristin brings fresh energy and deep curiosity to her therapeutic practice. She leads with a person-centered approach, believing that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and experiences without judgment.

She works primarily with young adults navigating the complexities of identity, relationships, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin, Kristin creates an affirming environment where all parts of you are welcome.
